  I recently bought a car from this dealer and received a fantastic service. I spotted the car on AutoTrader and went to have a look. The car was exactly as described (excellent condition, full service history, etc) I also noticed that all the cars on display were in outstanding condition. I immediately wanted the car I came to see and asked the owner, Nick, what sort of deal he could do me for my part ex. The offer was a little on the low side but he immediately upped it and I was well happy with the deal. Then came the test drive. Me and the missus were sent off on our own with a pair of trade plates. Very trusting of Nick considering hed only just met us but also refreshing. Its nice to be able to test a car under your terms rather than the usual guided tour with a salesman sitting next to you. I did find that the air conditioning was not working and when I mentioned it to Nick he said, "Well that will have to be done." I picked the car up a week later, as arranged, after having had a new compressor and a re-gas. Absolutely perfect. I was more than pleased with the whole experience but its what happened next that really amazed me. After only having the car a few days, the engine management light came on. Nick told me to get it fixed at a garage of my choice and he would foot the bill! While I was getting quotes over the next couple of days, the car overheated which turned out to be a rather expensive head gasket failure. Guess what? Nick picked up the tab for the whole lot. There seems to be no limits as to what this dealer will do to ensure total customer satisfaction. I did not notice at the time but when I was originally checking the car over, my missus noticed one of Nicks previous customers had returned to offer him some repeat business. I now know why and I would not hesitate to buy a car there again. No matter how carefully you inspect a car, there is always the risk of ending up with a faulty one. Just make sure you choose the right dealer to buy it from.
